Last updated: April 4, 2026

1. OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy describes how STMTOK ("we," "our," or "us") handles information in connection with our applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We develop and provide software applications, websites, and related services. Our Services are generally designed so that users can use them without creating an account or providing directly identifying personal information such as name, email address, or phone number.

At the same time, some information may be collected automatically by third-party services used in the Services, such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchase-related services, hosting infrastructure, or website-related technologies.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you do not need to provide

Unless explicitly stated in a specific Service, we do not require you to create an account or submit directly identifying personal information such as your name, email address, address, or phone number in order to use the Services.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Depending on the Service and enabled features, the following information may be collected automatically by the Service itself or by third-party services integrated into the Service:

  • Usage information: pages or screens viewed, features used, interaction events, and general usage activity
  • Crash and diagnostic information: error logs, stack traces, device model, browser type, operating system version, app version, and similar technical information
  • Device, browser, and app identifiers: identifiers assigned by analytics, advertising, platform, or browser-related services
  • Advertising-related information: advertising identifiers and related information, where advertising features are enabled
  • Purchase-related information: purchase or subscription status information, where in-app purchases or subscription management features are enabled
  • Technical and network information: IP address, approximate region, request logs, and similar access-related technical information that may be processed through hosting, content delivery, or security infrastructure
  • Website storage technologies: cookies, local storage, or similar technologies, where applicable

We do not use this information to directly identify you by name or similar personal identity information.

2.3 Camera, media, local files, and network transmission

Some Services may use your device's camera, microphone, photos, or local files in order to provide service features.

In general, media captured or processed by the Services is handled on your device unless a specific Service feature clearly requires transmission or remote processing and states so.

Some Services may support user-configured network streaming features such as RTMP or SRT. In such cases, media is transmitted only to the destination server or service that you configure or choose.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use automatically collected information only for purposes such as:

  • Understanding service usage and improving features and user experience
  • Diagnosing crashes, bugs, errors, and performance issues
  • Maintaining service stability, security, and reliability
  • Providing advertising, where applicable
  • Supporting in-app purchase, subscription, or related service features, where applicable

4. LOCAL STORAGE AND USER CONTENT

User-created content and service data may be stored locally on your device or browser unless a specific Service explicitly offers cloud sync, account-based storage, server-side storage, or sharing features.

At this time, our Services generally do not provide account creation or cloud synchronization unless explicitly stated in the relevant Service.

Some Services may require or offer account creation. In such cases, we may collect information you provide during registration (such as email address and password) and information related to your use of those Services (such as content you create, comments, or sharing activity). Details about information collected in connection with account-based features will be described in the relevant Service.

5. ADVERTISING

Some Services may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob.

Where advertising is enabled, advertising partners may collect or use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, browser or app activity, and usage information in order to provide and measure ads, including personalized ads where supported by platform settings and applicable law.

You may be able to limit or reset advertising-related tracking through your device, browser, or platform settings.

  • iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads

6. IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Some Services may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment transactions are processed by the relevant platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not collect or store your full payment card information.

Depending on the Service, we may use third-party services such as RevenueCat to help manage purchase or subscription status.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services such as the following for analytics and diagnostics:

  • Firebase Analytics, for usage analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and diagnostics

Depending on the Service, we may also use third-party services such as:

  • Google AdMob, for advertising
  • RevenueCat, for subscription and purchase management

These third-party services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

8. DATA RETENTION

  • Data stored locally on your device or browser: remains there until you delete it, delete the app, clear browser or app data, or otherwise remove it
  • Analytics, diagnostics, advertising, hosting, access-log, and purchase-related data handled by third-party providers: retained according to those providers' own policies and settings

For data stored locally on your device or browser, you can delete it at any time by clearing app data or browser storage, or by uninstalling the app.

For data processed by third-party services (such as analytics or advertising providers), please refer to their respective privacy policies for instructions on exercising your rights.

To make a request regarding your data, please contact us at contact@stmtok.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended to knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe information has been collected from a child in a way that raises concerns, please contact us.

11. CONTENT USAGE AND LICENSING

By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting content through any of the Services, you grant STMTOK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Services and for a reasonable period after deletion to allow for backup removal.

You retain ownership of your content. If you delete your content or account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove it, although residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period.
