Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by STMTOK (operated by an individual developer; "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3.2 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems

4.1 Billing

Some Services offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are processed through the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that platform's payment terms. Specific subscription details, including name, duration, and pricing, are displayed within each Service at the point of purchase.

4.2 Subscription terms

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your device's account settings:

• Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

4.3 Free trials

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Refunds

Purchases made through Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit:

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. Google may process refunds directly within 48 hours of purchase. After that period, you may contact us at contact@stmtok.com for refund requests, or visit:

The Services distributed through Apple App Store are subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless otherwise specified. The Services distributed through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable platform terms, the platform terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

The Services and their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by STMTOK and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Some Services may allow you to upload, post, or otherwise submit content. Where such features are provided, the following terms apply:

By submitting content through such Services ("User Content"), you grant STMTOK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Where a Service does not support uploading or sharing features, no User Content license is granted or required.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STMTOK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STMTOK and its operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 6 through 10, 12, and 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Waiver

The failure of STMTOK to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable platform terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and STMTOK regarding the use of the Services.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
